Ingredients:-
250 gms. Green chillies
1 cup Yellow or Black mustard seeds
Juice of 4 lemons
2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Mustard oil
Method:-
1. Heat the mustard oil until it smokes and then let it cool down to the room temperature.
2. Wash the chillies and pat them dry. Chop them into small pieces.
3. Roughly grind the mustard seeds and add it to the chillies. Add salt, lemon juice and mix well with a wooden spoon.
4. Pour oil and mix well and store in a glass jar.
5. Keep the jar in a refrigerator for 4-5 days and then use the pickle.
Delicious and spicy Green Chilli Pickle is ready to eat!
